Before you click on online reservations, please read this.

Accommodation 13 Nov. – 10 Dec. It might show on some sites that we are fully booked, but we are not. We still have some rooms available. Please contact us directly.

Online reservations allow you to submit your request and immediately see if there are rooms available and then make and confirm the reservation. Click on “Click here” for online reservations on the right of this page.

Keep the following in mind:

1. If the reservation system indicate that no rooms are open for a extended stay, it might not be true. Please contact me via e mail or phone. I have to swap rooms to open specific rooms for a extended period of time. We also offer long term stays.

2. Over busy periods/high season, minimum stay reservation applies, and the reservation system will not accept the reservation. Please contact us again to verify.

3. You’ll have to supply your credit card details or make a deposit to secure the reservation. The cc details are kept in a secure transmission and I will arrange payment with you once I get it. No debit is done when you submit your details. Please don’t use the paybridge facility.

4. Ask about our discounts for longer stays.

5. All quotes are valid for 24 hours and reservations are accepted on a first come first served basis. 

6. Cancellation Policy

  6.1 If cancelled up to 28 days before the day of arrival, 12.5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.    

  6.2 If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  6.3 If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival. 37.5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  6.4 If cancelled later, or in case of a no show, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

I often get asked about the meaning of “KU DE TA” and how I chose this name.

While many might first think of “coup d’état,” which refers to the sudden, decisive use of force in politics—often involving the violent overthrow of a government—that’s not the inspiration behind the name.

There are other “coups” in French, like:

• Coup de foudre: “Love at first sight”
• Coup de grâce: “Final blow” or “finishing touch”

However, the one that inspired “KU DE TA” is coup de théâtre. It refers to a dramatically sudden or sensational turn of events—a theatrical trick or gesture, staged for dramatic effect. In essence, it signifies something unexpected and striking, which is exactly what I intended to convey with the name.
